Rollform Software

The rollform systems developed by Baran Southwest are off the shelf systems created over the past 13 years with the help of customer feedback. Although it is a standard system, it allows the operator a great deal of flexibility in generating tooling drawings. Options within the system allow for several styles of dimensioning as well as a Metric/English selection. Drawings can be generated as an assembly, an exploded view or individual pieces with or without spacers. All drawings are generated in a standard DXF format for importing into any external CAD or CAM system. The manufacturing systems are generic in nature although we allow for multiple machining routines from either the left or the right or both. The post processors are developed specifically for the particular customer.
