The BCS Rollform Module II - CAM Machining - software
allows the operator to read in individual roll piece
drawings created from Rollform Module I. The operator can
then select any of the following operations;

1)Right side vertical facing
2)Rough cut right to left
3)Rough finish cut right to left
4)Left side vertical facing
5)Left to right roughing
6)Left to right roughing finish cut
7)Right to left after heattreat cut
8)Left to right after heat treat finish cut

The system comes with a generic post processor that
can be modified to any normal G/M code machine control. It
also comes with e a standard tool library that can be
modified by the operator. This system handles about 85% of
the standard rollform rolls depending on roll split
selection. The system will machine into a valley within
the roll piece.
