The BCS Tubemill System Module II generates the NC code to manufacture the tubemill rolls described above. The standard CAM system generates rough machining moves from right to left for basic button type inserts. The system also generates NC code for after heat treat machining. The system comes with a generic post processor that can be modified by the operator to generate the code in the desired manner.
